Formed in 2006 by John McEvoy, Toy Developments has over 15 years experience in all aspects of construction with an established reputation for attention to detail and high-quality finish on all building projects.

Toy Developments are qualified contractors for self builds and we are a member of NHBC who provide insurance cover for a period of ten years from completion of the build of your new home. This is required by many lending institutions in the current market.

Toy Developments currently employ a number of top quality tradesmen and have a number of sub-contractors who have been working with us over the past years and with whom we have built up a good working relationship. Our proven track record speaks for itself whether it be renovation work or new build. To date we have built numerous “one off” luxury houses and commercial offices and we are currently building a development of 43 semi-detached and detached houses to a high standard and finish.

Each step is carefully monitored both by NHBC inspectors and local building control inspectors to give you peace of mind that your house meets today’s high standards.
